New Years Eve Inspiration

I can not believe it has been a whole year. This year wasn't all that exciting..other than starting my blog! Hopefully 2012 will be an amazing year! Tonight, I am going to a party with all of my best friends, and it is going to be a blasty blast! I'm so excited! I hope you all have a safe, healthy, happy, fun-filled new years! Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

Again, I hardly ever do posts about celebrities, but Rooney Mara has seriously been impressing me lately. She has such a unique beauty. I saw her in the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo last night, and was in awe of her performance. The girl is insanely talented and beautiful. Not only has she been impressing the film critics, but she has also caught the eyes of fashion critics. Last month, she was on the cover of Vogue. As you can tell from her red carpet looks and her beauty itself, she is not afraid to take risks. The movie itself was amazing. It was so raw. It is definitely not a movie you want to see with your family. The rape scenes and consensual sex scenes are extremely graphic and extremely hard to watch. But, this movie will keep you on your feet and wanting more. Rooney Mara's portrayal of Lisbeth Salander was breathtaking. I've been hearing some Oscar buzz for Rooney Mara, and I really hope she is nominated for best actress. Overall, one of the best movies I have seen in a while! Oh, Daniel Craig is in it too. Talk about a sexy man. But, everyone go see the movie! It is incredible!

Merry Christmas!

So, I just got back from more Christmas parties! It is so nice being with all of my families. I haven't seen some of them in such a long time, so it is nice to catch up with what's been going on with them! It was so funny asking my dad to take pictures for my blog. He is such a little photographer. It really seems like he enjoys it. I will now ask him to take my picture all of the time. I got this sweater and shorts at H&M the other day. I am obsessed with lurex right now...so I figured it was a perfect little sweater for the holidays. I am so excited to get up to NYC and go shopping! Woohoo! ....Hopefully I actually get up there. Merry Christmahannakwanza! I hope everyone had an amazing holiday! Although the fun is not over yet! We all still have New Years Eve to look forward to! :)

Metallic Christmas

So, its Christmas Eve! We just got home from our family Christmas parties. I got this blazer from H&M yesterday, because I had absolutely nothing to wear for the holiday parties. I still need to get a New Years Eve dress. Anyway, my brother Vince took these pictures of me! My dog Dempsey decided to jump in and take pictures with me. Love him so much! He keeps me happy...and he's nice to cuddle with too. I am so excited to see what Santa brings me tonight! Me and my family are watching Summer Heights High now. Such a freaking funny show. Style Crush: Hailee Steinfeld

 Love this look. So sweet but edgy at the same time. 

 This is the way to work in leopard with an outfit. I love this dress and her shoes. She is always so age appropriate but extremely stylist at the same time.

 I usually do not look to celebrities for fashion inspiration, but I can not help but be extremely impressed with this girl. At 15 years old, Hailee Steinfeld has various designers eating out of her hands, most notably Miu Miu. She was featured in their Fall 2011 Ad Campaign. This girl knows how to dress. Little slutty 14 and 15 year olds take note. Even though she always dresses age appropriately, she is extremely stylish. Not only is her style impressive, but she was also nominated for an Oscar last year for her performance in True Grit. This girl has an extremely bright future ahead of her in the film and fashion world.

To me, this collection just SCREAMS transition from summer to fall. Perfect neutral colors mixed in with eachother. I love every single look. The makeup really makes me giddy though! To pair a blue lip with a neutral colored outfit is genius in my opinion. Some of you definitely think I am all kinds of crazy right now, but I don't care! Those bright coral lips are great too! A little bit more wearable!
